Bios

Leigh Anne Mertz, LSW, Program Director of Delaware County CASA Youth Advocates since 2007, has a Bachelors of Sociology and Communication from Grove City College and a Masters of Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh with a certification in Child Welfare.  Ms. Mertz has spent the majority of her professional career in the Child Welfare arena, including employment with the Allegheny County CASA program and work experience in wrap-around mental health services and residential facilities.
